This study explores Yin Yoga as a gentle(ish) yet powerful practice that may improve range of motion, emotional balance, stress regulation, overall well-being and therefore quality of life.

Yin Yoga works deeply on the connective tissues of the body while fostering mindfulness and softness of mind. This case study seeks to understand how regular Yin Yoga practise can support healing across the physical, emotional, spiritual and energetic levels of being.
