A Wellbeing Program

Wellness Day
A single lunchtime class or a wellness week may tick a box. But wouldn’t it be far better if something shifted a needle in supporting your people?
Real wellbeing isn’t an event — it’s a practice. The nervous system doesn’t reset in one session; it recalibrates through repetition. Habits aren’t installed, they’re cultivated. This is true for physical health, stress resilience, focus, and emotional regulation.
If your organisation is serious about employee wellbeing — not just seen to be supporting it — the offering needs to reflect that seriousness: consistency, continuity, and enough time for the body and nervous system to actually learn something new.
A structured, term-based Yin Yoga program, designed as an embedded part of your workplace wellbeing journey.
Yin Yoga is particularly suited to a corporate setting because it works directly on what modern work erodes: the parasympathetic nervous system, deep tissue and fascia held tight by sedentary hours and chronic low-grade stress, and the capacity to slow down and be still — a skill that will cultivate meta cognition.
Program Structure (customisable)
- Duration: 6, 8, or 12-week terms, delivered weekly or fortnightly
- Format: On-site, in studio or hybrid — single offices or distributed teams
- Session length: 60 minutes minimum for maximum success
- Group size: minimum 5, maximum 25
- Progression: Sessions build on one another — introducing longer holds, deeper stillness, and self-regulation tools employees can utilise throughout their workday
Real support, genuine care
- Duty of care — ongoing investment in employee wellbeing
- Psychological safety and stress resilience — supporting nervous system regulation, space and tools to use not just in work but for life
- Reduced burnout and presenteeism
- Retention and culture — well rested and happy employees makes for the best work life!
- Embodied, sustainable habit change — new patterns that outlast the program itself
