The rest of October.

Happy Friday!

Turns out I nattered so hard in my last newsletter that it didn’t fit in an email. Unless you clicked ‘view entire email’ at the bottom you would have missed the part that I am in training today until Sunday.

See you back in Studio on Monday. Wishing you all a lovely weekend 🧑‍🩰

#4. Boys II Men.

Here is rest – from where it got cut off in your email:

Back to being boysober I recon.. 😔

Point of the story is I think all men need to do heaps of Yin. Your felt sense to help would be too strong to let bullshit like that happen. Your instinct to get her to safety moves at the speed of the body, there is no thinking. The brain processes too slow & can’t be trusted in those situations.

#5. Study break.

I will be offline & off grid from Friday 9th of October to Sunday 11th. No classes will run on these days. Deeply immersed in Advanced Yin Teacher Training with some legends in the field.

#6. 🔥Hot yoga🔥

For the month of October I will be teaching every Wednesday morning at CorePlus Ascot Vale if you are craving some hot sweaty vinyasa.

8.00 am – 45 min Hot Yoga Flow
9.30 am – 45 min Warm Yoga Flow

#7. Gentle Yoga 🧘🏻‍♀️

New class has been added at Think Focus Act! Slow flow every Friday morning @ 10:30am.

OK. If you made it this far well done! I love you and appreciate your time. What have you been up to these last months? Write to me! xx

Yin Yoga, like any good thing is best practiced consistently. Practicing often will guarantee needle moving positive change and healing.

Remember ~ Yin is the balance to Yang. Yang is sweaty exercise, busy lifestyles, power, building, growing, going-going-going. Yin is slow and steady, quiet, internal, softness, cultivating, repairing, enjoying-enjoying-enjoying. You need both!

Spread the wonderful practice of Yin Yoga and forward this on to a loved one, colleague, neighbour or friend.
🧘‍♀️✨
